WHEN…

When life picture appears confusing
And my heart seems to lose it
When thoughts and reasons
Murders every justification for living
When friends appear like foes and their
words like a death dialling telephone

When visibility deceives the seeing eyes
and love and hate seems like identical twins
When war fails to make pockets leak
and human goes pity bankrupt for
starving kids and aborted seeds
When the media become a drum anyone can roll
and fools plays fool tune and perversion as melody

When racism still thrives in nation’s heart
and their lying actions betrays their lies
When supremacist hawks around unclad
So ignorant of the swarm of shame
flocking around their boasting resentment
When the jewellery adorning their flesh
are the sweats, tears, blood and death of slaves

When Adam lusts after Steve
and abandons Eve to the serpent deceits
When freedom blinds the elite minds
and marriages struggles against stupid
laws written in their own ink
When they all clamour that God doesn’t exist
and yet can’t ask who gave them a beating heart
